I no longer remember which collection point I chose, how can I find the address?
First, check your emails: you should have received a summary containing the address of the collection point. If you cannot find the collection point address, you can contact hello@fluidmarket.fr , specifying your order number.
I made a mistake in selecting the collection point, how do I change my collection point?
If you wish to change your collection point, go to the Mondial Relay website , enter your postal address, choose the collection point that suits you, then send an email to hello@fluidmarket.fr with the collection point number starting with FR (indicated in the top right corner of the chosen collection point), as well as your order number.

My product is defective, what should I do?

How can I return my product?
Returns are at the buyer's expense and must be made within 15 days. After this period, we cannot guarantee that the return will be accepted. Furthermore, we do not offer exchanges.
